Thermal Vacuum Test Chamber

The thermal vacuum test chamber can simulate a certain degree of space vacuum conditions, but cannot fully simulate the real space environment. Vacuum in space refers to the environment in which there is no air or atmospheric pressure, while a thermal vacuum test chamber can only provide conditions of low pressure or near vacuum.

The thermal vacuum test chamber simulates the vacuum environment in space by reducing gas pressure. It will use an exhaust system to exhaust the gas inside the test chamber, thereby reducing gas pressure. This operation can simulate the low-pressure environment in space, allowing technology products to be tested at lower atmospheric pressures.

Application field

The thermal vacuum test chamber simulates space conditions for testing and can perform low-pressure testing in a completely controlled environment. Our high-performance pump system can achieve a vacuum value of up to 10-7 Mbar. Liquid nitrogen circulating in low temperature and pressure can provide temperatures ranging from -185 ℃ to+165 ℃. Product features: It can simulate infrared radiation or spatial temperature changes according to customer requirements.

Structural features:

Extreme vacuum degree: 1 × 10-5Pa (normal temperature, no load).

Working vacuum degree: better than 5 × 10-4Pa (room temperature, full load 100KG aluminum).

Pressure change rate (room temperature, full load 100KG aluminum), with controllable and adjustable pressure reduction rate throughout the entire process.

From atmospheric pressure to 3000Pa, the average rate is not less than 10kPa/min.

From 3000Pa to 10Pa, the average rate is not less than 200Pa/min.

From atmospheric pressure to 5 × 10-3Pa, time not exceeding 40 minutes.

Rapid pressure reduction: From normal pressure to 10kPa, the time should not exceed 1.5 minutes.

Load: Approximately 100Kg aluminum.

The thermal vacuum test chamber adopts advanced heat sink temperature control method, which has good temperature uniformity and conductivity and meets European standards.
